Interviewee: Randi Bogolin of the Cascades in West Boynton
Questions:

1. What interested you in moving to Boynton Beach?
Less crowded, more countrified and not too far from my part-time job in Pompano Beach.

2. What steered you towards moving to the Cascades as your community of choice?
The houses in the Cascades were more affordable and the development was kept up very well. The house we looked at was more private since it was a corner lot and there wasn’t a house directly behind us.

3. How many different developments and houses did you look at before this purchase?
We had been searching for approximately 2 months abd could not find anything to our liking within our price range.

4. What is your favorite room in the house and why?
The kitchen is my favorite room. It is set up so perfectly. There is room for a large table so my children and grandchildren can enjoy meals with us, without having to eat in the dining room.

5. If you could give one piece of advice to a new home buyer before purchasing, what would that be?
Best advice I would give is to really hire a good inspector to check out the house. Also, ask homeowner to have repairs done that you feel are important and necessary.
